We get it - sometimes it’s just not the right fit. That’s why we’ve made returns
straightforward through our Returns Portal.

You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to kick off your return. After that, the portal closes and you’ll need to get in touch with our team.

Just follow the steps in the portal - it’ll walk you through everything, from
packaging to postage.

Once your return is confirmed, you’ve got 10 days to get your item dropped off or posted. Miss that window and your return may be cancelled.

📦 Please note: Our returns address is a secure third-party facility. That means returns must be posted—visiting in person isn’t allowed, and the centre won’t be able to accept walk-ins.

A handling fee applies to all refunds and exchanges. As a small business, it helps cover the cost of processing and shipping your return and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll see the exact amount during the portal process.

UK Returns

If you're based in the UK, we’ll sort you out with a pre-paid returns label straight from the portal. Easy.

Just pack it properly, drop it off using the tracked service, and keep your proof of postage handy. If your parcel doesn’t make it to us, we can’t process a refund or exchange.

Outside the UK? No problem.

You’ll still need to start your return in the portal - but instead of a pre-paid label, we’ll give you the info you need to arrange your own tracked return.

What we refund

We’ll issue a refund if your item is:

  • Still in its original packaging, unused and unworn
  • Faulty or damaged when you receive it
  • Lost in transit and there’s no proof of delivery

We can't refund you if:
  • The palm plastic’s been removed on contact latex gloves
  • You’ve personalised the gloves with Glove ID (unless there’s a fault)
  • You send it back after 30 days
  • The gloves show fair-use wear (latex is a natural material - see our Glove Care Guide.)
  • The gloves were damaged due to not following our care instructions
  • You’re returning because of an address error you entered at checkout (you’ll need to cover re-delivery costs)
