You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to kick off your return. After that, the portal closes and you’ll need to get in touch with our team.
Just follow the steps in the portal - it’ll walk you through everything, from
packaging to postage.
Once your return is confirmed, you’ve got 10 days to get your item dropped off or posted. Miss that window and your return may be cancelled.

A handling fee applies to all refunds and exchanges. As a small business, it helps cover the cost of processing and shipping your return and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll see the exact amount during the portal process.
